What does it do?
The esto.ware system centralizes your company's administration and management tools to make them easier to implement, update and use on a daily basis in your company. This system is located on a secure intranet with your company's data on it for you and your staff to use. Every person has a login and password, so the system knows their post, statistics, hat folders, contact data, policies, etc. As an executive, you can monitor the whole company using this system and drill down to see how each section or person is producing. 2. What is the cost of the system, data entry and training? The monthly fee?

The setup of the system can adjust largely depending on the number of employees and the amount of data needed to be entered into the system. We offer flat and hourly rates for system data entry, as well as financial solutions. To setup, a system could cost anywhere from $700 to $2000 or even $10,000. Data entry into the system is $45 per hour in addition to the setup. Training is included in the startup fee. Monthly fees depend on system size and specialties. Monthly fees could be from $100 to $400 or even $2000. The only way you will know what the esto.ware system costs for your company is to just ask.

3. What if I don't want every module of the program? Do I have to pay the full setup fee and data entry?

No, you do not need to setup every module in the program. However, some modules are required in order to have the system at all. These are the org board and personnel contact. If a company is interested in a partial system setup, esto.ware can deliver a quote for this specialized setup, which in turn may be less data entry resulting in a lower cost.

Yes. Most companies need assistance creating or improving the information to be put into the esto.ware system. We work with professionals who know the esto.ware system and help our customers to easily compile or create the data needed for their tailored system. If you already work with a professional in LRH Admin Technology, ask if he works with the esto.ware system.

5. How do I get my staff trained on how to use this system? What is the training?

esto.ware trains the staff as part of the startup cost for the system. Usually, training is done at the company's location by an esto.ware trainer. It is a workshop/presentation on the uses of the system along with a "Question and Answer" with the trainer. Separate solutions may be available.

6. How secure is the system to the outside? What is the internal security of the system?

The system is very secure. There is a three level security system blocking outsiders. To get into the system, you must have the correct username and password. Internally, there is a complex security system which permits access to viewing only those statistics, policies, hat folders and courses you are allowed to see. Only certain individuals have administrative access to editing data in the system.

7. How much will my employees and management use the system?

The system will be used on a daily basis by both management and personnel. News, statistics, public info folders, the org board and policies are used on a daily basis. Our newest module, command.ware is used many times per day to give commands, follow up commands and deliver compliance reports. Other modules, such as course.ware and hat folders maybe use weekly.

8. Do I need a server or a computer specialist in order to use the system?

No. We deliver these services. That means we obtain the servers, set them up, install the software, etc. and we do all maintenance and updating of the server and software. You don't have to worry about the technical aspect at all.

9. Is the system available in other languages than English?

Yes! We are currently expanding the language library of the system. Available languages are English, German and Russian. Chinese, Spanish and Greek are the next on the list. If you are interested in a different language, we are more than happy to expand our list.
